		<description>Thanks for the comment Lisa.  After thinking more about this, I&#039;ve realized it is in part due to the lack of engagement I&#039;ve felt lately with other social media users.  I am aware that my Twitter style tends to be a bit far from conversational, and I think that this definitely contributed to my overload.  Once I read the mentions of this post, I did feel a bit more engaged, and as such less tired with social media.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But I do agree with you - part of the solution is stepping away from the computer, and also choosing to have more conversations when I am on social media.</description>
